HR and payroll

We keep accounting records using the software provided by CDN Comarch (ERP Optima), while HR and payroll records are maintained using the Kadry i Płace program, also provided by CDN Comarch. For electronic transfer of documents to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), we use the Płatnik program. In addition to hardcopy, we deliver most documents to our clients also in electronic form to expedite the exchange of information.

Kancelaria Podatkowa MKM offers the following HR and payroll services:

• preparation of employee payrolls and tax returns
• keeping of documentation and accounts with the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
• preparation of necessary documents for employee hiring and termination
• keeping of personal files
• registration of sick leaves, holiday leaves, and overtime
• referring employees to statutory medical examinations and legally required OHS training
• preparation of documents required by the labour law (rules of procedure, instructions and other)
• advising on labour law issues and on obligations of the insured and the payers of contributions to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
• representing Clients before ZUS and revenue offices
